Break the Ice Tees hopes you enjoy your purchase. We want you to keep coming back and to tell your friends! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a production defect or error, within 7 days of your purchase, please let us know by emailing us at: info@breaktheicetees. Once your email is received, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
1. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.
2. No refunds can be processed without the order number and email receipt .
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as: incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Only items purchased through breaktheicetees.com may be returned to our fulfillment center.
Refunds are for merchandise values only. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
We will do our best to process your return or exchange as soon as possible after receipt.
